Highlights
Apple is finally switching to USB-C charging on the iPhone 15, but reportedly with no charging speed improvements. The smartphone comes with a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display. It is powered by Apple’s proprietary A16 Bionic chipset with a six-core processor and runs on the iOS 17 operating system. This model has 128, 256, or 512 GB of storage options with 6 GB of RAM.
The iPhone 15 is equipped with a better camera system. The dual camera (48 and 12 megapixels) at the back takes impressive photos. There is a 12-megapixel camera on the front. The iPhone 15 comes in Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink color options but is subject to availability across markets. Its 3349 mAh battery is said to be charged 50 percent in 30 minutes.
The Good
- Comfortable to hold
- Performance is really great
- A better camera with smart, helpful features
- Dynamic Island is fun
- USB-C charging
The Bad
- The display doesn’t have modern features like a high refresh rate or always-on
- USB ports have slow data speeds
- There are no improvements on the ultrawide camera, and there’s still no true telephoto
