Samsung has launched two new budget smartphones in Malaysia, the Galaxy A05 and A05s. Both phones feature large displays, powerful processors, and long-lasting batteries.
The Galaxy A05 has a 6.7-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution, while the Galaxy A05s has a 6.7-inch LCD display with FHD+ resolution. Both phones have 13 MP front-facing cameras and 50 MP main rear cameras. The Galaxy A05s also has a 2 MP macro camera, while the Galaxy A05 has a 2 MP depth camera.
The Galaxy A05 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, while the Galaxy A05s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. Both phones have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which is expandable via microSD.
Both phones also have 5,000mAh batteries with support for 25W charging. They run OneUI Core, based on Android 13.
The Galaxy A05 comes in Black, Light Green, and Silver, while the Galaxy A05s also comes in Violet. Pricing and availability details have not yet been announced.
